aaaah! well you guys won. jasus were the mets bad tonight. they dropped so many easy ones! yeesh. 6-0 til the 8th inning. we got 2 then had one on 3rd and then struck out. sucked.

It was a double header, sista! You won the second game.

How many fights were there?! Everytime I go to a Phillies game there’s a million fights and none of them have been against the mets so I could only imagine.

So I’m finally back on a real schedule and because of that I can eat all my meals. With that said, I only lose weight when I eat, and gain when I don’t. I lost 4 pounds in 24 hours by eating!!! WHAT?!! See what your body can do when it’s not in starvation mode…

While yes I agree you can choose to be happy through difficult times, there are just certain situations where it’s very hard to to make that choice. You also have to remember while making that choice to actually deal with what was making you upset at the time. In the end putting on a happy face and choosing to be happy in a situation one would not be happy is not good at all. I’ve done it for years and it ends very badly!!!

This weekend is going to be a long one. Saturday I work 12-10 and Sunday 10:30-9. Today was my day off. I don’t mind and I’m not complaining by any means. In fact I’m excited to work that much because it means more money in my pocket; I’m just pretty much there for two days straight. We’ll see how great I feel Monday morning, you might get some complaining then!!!

For now it’s time to sleep so I can wake up, run some errands, drink plenty of coffee (which I get free all day long as well, score!!), and then work my (not so little) tail off.

It’s been raining as long as I’ve been awake today… which is all day.

I thoroughly enjoy it. We haven’t had any rain in a while, and it is very refreshing to see it pour down. I drove downtown this evening in the rain, and it just made me feel better about life.

I love rain almost as much as I love Autumn and everything that comes with Autumn!! I can sit on a porch watching storms and be perfectly content even when there’s a huge crack and I jump half way out of my seat. Much like I’m always happier come Autumn; the changing of the leaves, the warm days and cool nights, even the smell!!!

I’m just glad to get one more Autumn in before I head to the northwest where it rains a lot (but not nearly as much as one would think, it’s not even in the top ten cities for rain) and is beautiful and green!!! Just trading one love of weather for the another.

Man I’m totally stoked. I downloaded a cd that was by a band named First Aid Kit, not knowing...

I just drew something that wasn’t a friend’s face or random eyes, for the first time in probably four years. It felt good; sometimes I miss when I had a passion for art. I keep a sketch book just in case I feel like drawing but it never happens. It just stares at me, taunting me, “remember when you could fill me up in a month and now you’ve had me for three years and only have a few random (and not to mention horrible) doodles.”
